Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your phone number, token launch metadata, creator fee recipient wallet, connected wallet address, support requests and SMS messages sent to the Fonepad service number.

We also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request logs, timestamps and device information needed to operate, secure and debug the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide the SMS launch service, confirm opt-in and opt-out requests, send launch status messages, operate creator accounts, process fee claims, prevent abuse, maintain security and comply with legal or carrier requirements.

Public token launch pages may show token metadata, mint addresses, public blockchain links and masked launcher labels. Full phone numbers are not shown in the public launch feed.

SMS privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to provide and support Fonepad messaging. This information will not be shared with any third party except service providers that help us deliver the service, comply with law or protect the service from abuse.

Message frequency varies based on your use of Fonepad. You may receive messages when you opt in, request help, create launch metadata, confirm a launch, check status, receive launch results, manage account verification or opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing

We may share limited information with vendors that provide hosting, communications, security, analytics, blockchain infrastructure or customer support. Vendors may use information only to provide services to Fonepad.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, carrier compliance review, fraud prevention or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of Fonepad and its users.

Blockchain data

Solana transactions are public and may be permanent. Token mint addresses, treasury transfers, creator fee claims and wallet interactions may be visible on public blockchain explorers.
