These Terms govern use of Fonepad, including the website, SMS launch flow, creator account tools and related messaging program. Last updated September 17, 2026.
Program description
Fonepad lets users interact with the service by SMS to prepare token launch metadata, receive launch status updates and manage creator fee claim information. Availability of launches, fee claims and messaging may change or pause at any time.
Fonepad messages may include opt-in confirmations, launch instructions, confirmation codes, launch status, launch result links, account verification codes, help responses and opt-out confirmations.
SMS terms
By providing your phone number or texting the Fonepad service number, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Fonepad related to your use of the service. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, Fonepad will send an opt-out confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you rejoin by replying START or otherwise opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent and eligibility
You must be authorized to use the phone number and wallet information you provide. You agree not to use Fonepad for spam, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity or abusive token launches.
SMS opt-in consent is specific to Fonepad and is not transferable. Your use of blockchain features may involve public, irreversible transactions.
Token launches and fees
Token launches and fee claims depend on third-party networks and services, including Solana, Pump.fun, RPC providers, messaging carriers and wallet software. Fonepad does not guarantee market performance, liquidity, trading activity, creator fee amounts or uninterrupted access.
Creator fee split settings shown by the service describe how supported claim flows are intended to route collected creator fees. On-chain conditions, network errors or third-party changes may affect timing and availability.
No financial advice
Fonepad does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched through Fonepad may be risky and may lose all value.
Privacy
Use of Fonepad is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including SMS privacy disclosures and the statement that mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
